1. What SkinQuest is
SkinQuest lets users earn coins through free partner tasks and redeem fixed CS2 rewards when stock is available. SkinQuest does not accept deposits, sell coins, run cases, run roulette, or offer randomized gambling rewards.
Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using SkinQuest during the current reward-platform setup.
2. Eligibility and account rules
You must meet the minimum age required in your country and by each provider, and have guardian permission where required. Use one account only and keep access secure. Do not use bots, automation, VPN or location abuse, duplicate identities, or dishonest survey answers. Material violations may lead to coin reversal, reward rejection, suspension, or deletion.
3. Offerwall completions
Coins are credited only after a partner provider confirms a task. Some offers may be delayed, rejected, limited by country or device, or reversed by the provider. SkinQuest cannot guarantee that every attempted offer will credit.
4. Rewards and stock
Each reward shows an exact coin price before confirmation. Steam-linked listing prices may update before an order based on a recent Steam Community Market price, SkinQuest's coin conversion, and an added markup. The confirmed coin price is stored on the order and does not change afterward. Listings marked In stock / prepared reserve one available unit when ordered. Listings marked Available to order may be purchased by SkinQuest only after the customer places the order and therefore do not represent current physical inventory. Coins are deducted when an order is placed. Orderable items may be subject to Steam trade locks; when an exact unlock time is known, SkinQuest may display a countdown. If SkinQuest rejects, cancels, or refunds an order before delivery, the deducted coins are returned once. After a valid Steam trade is sent or accepted, a reward is normally final unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Steam trade links
You must provide a valid Steam trade URL to receive approved rewards. SkinQuest only needs your public trade URL. Never share your Steam password, Steam Guard code, Steam API key, or login credentials.
6. Availability and changes
Offers, coin values, stock, and features can change or be unavailable. SkinQuest may correct obvious pricing or stock errors before delivery and will refund deducted coins if a request cannot be fulfilled. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific survey, or a specific processing time.
7. No affiliation and liability
SkinQuest is not affiliated with Valve, Steam, Counter-Strike, or any official CS2 marketplace. To the extent allowed by law, SkinQuest is not responsible for provider decisions, Steam restrictions, indirect loss, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
8. Suspension, termination, and disputes
We may restrict an account while suspected fraud or abuse is reviewed. You may delete your account after open reward orders are resolved. Swedish law governs these terms where permitted; mandatory protections in your country continue to apply.
Giveaways
A giveaway has one stated prize and a closing time shown on its page. A signed-in user may enter once per giveaway after receiving a provider-verified survey reward during that giveaway's open period. Pressing Enter is required; a survey reward alone does not create an entry. A single qualifying survey reward can unlock multiple giveaways that were already open when it was received. No coins are deducted to enter. If a provider reverses every qualifying reward before the draw, the entry cannot win. After the closing time, SkinQuest draws one winner at random from valid entries and handles prize delivery manually through the account and Steam trade link. A giveaway with no valid entries closes without a winner. Cancelled giveaways do not draw a winner.
